On a balmy summers evening in June, members enjoyed a lovely gathering for the Crowborough Chamber of Commerce Summer Party.
Thank you to Downsview Vineyard for hosting this event. Situated on Hadlow Down Road on the outskirts of Crowborough, Downsview Vineyard offered a fantastic venue and an opportunity to sample their sparkling wine to accompany the fish and chip supper from Fisssh.
Members enjoyed a short Chamber meeting followed by a tour of the vineyard whilst learning about the range of red and white wines on offer, all in the warm evening sun overlooking the Weald. This also provided members and guests a good opportunity to catch up with other local businesses.
Chamber membership offers businesses the chance to become involved in a friendly and effective organisation that can help you improve your own businesses as well representing your interests to key decision makers.
FACT: People like to do business with people. Chamber events and networking provide the chance to get to know other members and keep up-to-date with what is happening in the local business community.
Our next Chamber meeting is to be held at Crowborough Community Centre on Tuesday 27th September. This event will be open to non-members (at a small charge) and would be a great time for those thinking about joining the Chamber to come along and see what we do, just in time for the beginning of the Chamber Membership year in October.
