Established in 1977, Insulation Services is a family-run firm based in Crowborough specialising in windows, doors and conservatories.

In recognition of their service to the industry, Insulation Services were recently awarded a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ and were presented with a trophy marking over 25 years membership to the Plastics Window Federation (PWF).

The 2019 Platinum ‘Certificate of Excellence’ awarded to Insulation Services is for achieving and maintaining an impeccable trading record with the Federation and demonstrating the highest standards in both installation and customer service.  Keith (from PWF) visited Insulation Services’ showrooms to present the award and certificate to the team; pictured with Keith is Stephen (far left), Sharon and Mark (far right).

Over 90% of business originates from recommendations and repeat customers – carrying out a range of home improvements from small scale repairs (e.g. locks and hinges) through replacement windows and doors, up to new build conservatories and orangeries (including all building works).

Insulation Services works with customers in and around Crowborough and across East and West Susses, Kent and Surrey.  They are fully accredited FENSA registered installers and provide full guarantees on all installation works.  As well as being members of the Federation of Small Businesses, they have been vetted and monitored by ‘Checkatrade’ since 2012 with over 440 customer reviews posted, scoring impressively on reliability, workmanship and courtesy.  In association with ‘Checkatrade’, they are also approved by East Sussex Trading Standards.

All this makes for a local reputable business being recognised for long standing service to the residents and business community in and around Crowborough.
