Monday 18th May – Sunday 24th May

Organised by the Alzheimer’s Society, this national campaign highlights the need for better diagnosis and care, with one million people expected to be living with dementia in the UK by 2026.

Of course, Dementia is something that affects a huge number of people in this area on a daily basis and the Crowborough Dementia Forum are working to improve the lives of residents living with dementia, as well as their families and carers.  There are already a number of local support groups catering to a whole host of interests available.

Help us spread the word to ensure more residents are able to access the support and companionship they need.
