Clued-up Drop-in Centre
Clued-up is a welcoming & safe environment for young people from 11 to 25 years of age, designed to help young people access information, advice, and emotional support.
Clued-up operates from an “easy-to-find & accessible” drop-in centre in the middle of Crowborough, and is open during weekday afternoons (times vary – see the website), offering 1-2-1 appointments with trained youth workers.
Clued-Up is FREE & the service is CONFIDENTIAL so that you can TRUST us. We will LISTEN, so nothing that may be on your mind is too big or too small to talk about, and we won’t judge you.
Our focus is on offering assistance with various issues, including mental health, physical health, sexual health, mentoring and emotional support for anxiety (It’s ok to talk!), family and friendship relationships, school challenges, social media, and supporting young people generally (including those recovering from illegal substance misuse).
Young people are also welcome to use our space after school to do homework, read, play games and meet with friends. That also includes those who are home-schooled.

The Well-being Club on a Wednesday supports young people with friendships & relationships, exam pressures, feelings of isolation, anxiety & low mood, self-harm & much more. This enables young people to have some fun and build new friendships while sharing life’s joys and difficulties.
Many information leaflets are available in the drop-in centre, and parents and young people are welcome to call in to browse whenever we are open.
By using our long-standing links with other youth partner organisations, we can also help connect young people to other, more specialist, services. Our Partners are:
- Y.E.S. – Youth Employability Service
- Y.J.S. – Youth Justice Service
- S.M.T. – Substance Misuse Team
- E.H.S. – Early Help Service (0 – 19 Years)
